Introduction

The name chosen for this blog is true to the nature of its writer Hamish Parker: the kind of super hero who, when the time came to save the world, would have had a note signed by his mommy or family doctor - if he had gotten around to getting it.

It just so happens that I'm supposed to be looking for a job right now and, refreshingly, I got diverted by the idea of creating a blog instead.
